The counselling experience

We all find ourselves experiencing difficulty at times.  Maybe a significant life event has occurred and you are struggling to make sense of it, or perhaps you have become aware of unhelpful patterns in your life and want to develop new ways of being or relating.  Perhaps past experiences are making it difficult for you to move forward, or it may be that you simply wish to grow in your understanding of yourself.
 

The therapeutic counselling space ensures that what you say is treated confidentially and non-judgmentally.  Whatever your reasons for seeking counselling, my role is to come alongside you, to work at your pace, and to support you to find your way through what may be troubling you.
